Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host to be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival with a friendly Manage guest reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining excellent guest relations Help with table turn over, setting up tables Answer incoming phone calls Assist guests with seating, menu questions, and special requests to enhance their dining experience Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and waiting area to uphold high standards of hospitality Collaborate closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service flow and guest satisfaction Taking takeout orders and giving out take out orders Qualifications Prior experience as a Host or Hostess in food service or restaurant settings preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
