Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Greets and seats all guests for dinner service. Ensures all tables are properly set for reservations. Cleans and resets all dining areas. Is responsible for overall cleanliness of the restaurant. Exceptional member/patron service is always the primary focus.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Greets guests upon arrival 2. Takes and organizes reservations using online reservation system 3. Assists with moving tables and setup up for functions 4. Ensures tables are properly set for dinner service 5. Seats guests at proper tables and distributes food and beverage menus 6. Follows proper server rotation 7. Informs severs of tables they have in a timely manner and checks to see that guest are being served 8. Helps with bussing and resetting tables when needed 9. Fills water glasses when guests are seated 10. Busses tables when customers have finished eating 11. Cleans and resets tables after customers have left 12. Takes bus tubs and dirty dishes to kitchen to be washed 13. Helps servers run food when needed 14. Assists with moving tables and setting up for functions 15. Takes out trash at the end of shifts 16. Refills ice bins 17. Spot vacuums floors on an as needed basis as well as at the close of business 18. Wipes down all restaurant chairs 19. General cleaning and stocking 20. Performs any other duties as directed

Pay:

From $13.50 per hour
