Full-Time Join One of the Fastest Growing Live Commerce Teams Lone Survivalist and Blade Box are looking for an energetic, sales-driven Live Stream Host / Moderator to help us dominate Whatnot live auctions. If you enjoy talking with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love knives, EDC gear, survival equipment, flashlights, collectibles, and building a community, this is an incredible opportunity. Our goal is to become one of the largest Whatnot sellers in the country, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. No previous Whatnot experience is required—we'll train the right person. Sales ability, personality, and work ethic matter far more than experience. Similar live-commerce roles emphasize maintaining high energy, driving auctions, engaging viewers, and supporting live show operations. What You'll Do Host high-energy Whatnot live auctions Present knives, EDC gear, survival equipment, flashlights, and collectibles Keep viewers entertained and engaged throughout each show Build excitement and encourage competitive bidding Answer customer questions live Work alongside moderators to keep chat active and positive Run giveaways, flash sales, sudden death auctions, and promotional events Learn product features and explain them confidently Help prepare products before shows Assist with product organization and post-show cleanup Work with our warehouse team to ensure accurate order fulfillment Create short social media clips from livestreams Help grow our community and repeat customer base Moderator Responsibilities When not hosting, you'll also help moderate live shows by: Managing live chat Pinning products and auctions Answering customer questions Welcoming new viewers Removing spam Monitoring giveaways Helping the host stay organized Maintaining a fun and positive environment We're Looking For Someone Who Is Comfortable speaking in front of people High energy and enthusiastic Competitive Outgoing Honest and dependable Quick thinker under pressure Organized Coachable Passionate about sales Comfortable being on camera for several hours Able to multitask while interacting with hundreds of viewers Preferred Experience Experience in any of these is a plus: Whatnot TikTok Live YouTube Live Facebook Live Retail sales Live selling Auctions Customer service Collectible knives EDC gear Survival products Camping or outdoor equipment Social media Physical Requirements Able to stand for long periods Able to lift up to 40 lbs Comfortable working in a warehouse and livestream studio What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($17-25/hour) 30-60 hours available each week Paid training Opportunity for raises based on performance Employee discounts Fast-growing company with room for advancement Fun, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to become the face of one of the largest Whatnot channels in the survival and knife industry This Job Is Perfect For Someone Who...
