Job Description
- Overview
- We are seeking a Host to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere, we want to hear from you.
- Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Seat guests and manage reservations
- Provide menus and relay food and beverage information
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth operations
- Skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests effectively
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive guest experience
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Toast system is a plus
- Knowledge of guest relations and service etiquette Candidate must have reliable transportation to and from work Candidate must be available
