We're looking for an energetic, reliable person to join our team and take ownership of our daily live-selling and e-commerce operations. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys talking to people, selling products, creating content, and staying busy. You'll spend part of your day live on camera selling our products , and the rest helping make sure orders and customers are taken care of. What You'll Do Live Selling Host daily live streams selling our products Present products on camera and explain what makes them unique Interact with viewers, answer questions, and keep the stream entertaining Learn our products well enough to confidently explain them Help create excitement around new releases and limited products Track which products perform well during live streams Packing Orders Pick and pack customer orders Prepare products for shipping Print shipping labels and organize outgoing packages Help maintain an organized inventory Restock products and keep the workspace organized Customer Support Respond to customer questions through eBay and other platforms Help resolve order issues Communicate with customers professionally and quickly Handle returns, replacements, and other basic customer-service situations We're looking for someone who is: Comfortable being on camera and talking to strangers Outgoing, personable, and naturally conversational Reliable and able to work independently Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and learning new software Interested in collectibles, LEGO, gaming, military history, toys, or similar products Comfortable with sales and not afraid to ask for the sale Able to move between different tasks throughout the day Positive and energetic without needing constant supervision Previous live-selling, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, eBay, retail, or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required. The most important thing is that you're comfortable talking, learning, selling, and taking ownership of your work. What This Job Is NOT This isn't a position where you'll sit at a desk doing the same thing for 8 hours. One hour you might be live selling products, the next you might be packing orders, answering a customer message, organizing inventory, or preparing products for the next stream. We want someone who enjoys that variety. Schedule [Part-time Hours] We're looking to start with 4 hours per day and grow from there, Monday-Friday with Saturday as another option as we know Saturdays are busy day for live shopping The expectation is that live selling will happen every weekday , with additional time dedicated to fulfillment and customer support.
