Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
• Assist guests with seating arrangements and accommodate special requests
• Answer phone calls and make reservations
• Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
• Provide excellent guest service by addressing any inquiries or concerns
• Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure smooth dining experience for guests
• Assist in coordinating seating arrangements during peak hours

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a host/host or in a similar customer service role is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
