THE COVE

is located 2 miles east of SE Columbia Shores Blvd. at 5731 SE Columbia Way, just off Hwy 14. Seeking a HOST, full or part time. Available to work weekends and holidays. We open at 11:30am. The Cove closes at 8pm Sunday through Thursday, and at 9pm on Friday and Saturday. We are closed on Mondays as well as July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day and Super Bowl Sunday. We are looking for a detail oriented and outgoing personality who is a self-starter. There are opportunities for further advancement. With amazing views of the Columbia River, The Cove features seating for 300 with spacious outdoor patio and a second level private dining room for 100 with two decks. The menu emphasizes high quality fresh seafood, including a raw bar, wood grilled steaks, and chops. We have a full bar with a broad selection of craft beer, great wines, nano distillery spirits, and handcrafted cocktails to please every palate. Our extensive wine list showcases premium producers from all over the world with a focus on Northwest wines.
