:- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests & fellow staff
- Greet guests & guide them to their table
- Assist guests with retail purchases
- Answer phones
- Assist in taking & fulfilling reservations per restaurant needs
- Assist in taking & preparing to-go food orders
- Demonstrate an understanding of our spirits, cocktails, & food menu
- Help fellow employees with tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe & organized environment
REQUIREMENTS
:- Positive attitude, enthusiasm & passion for hospitality
- Self-starter with a 'can-do' work ethic
- Ability to take constructive criticism, learn quickly & constantly improve
- Ability to keep the facility organized, stocked & clean
- Weekend & evening availability
