Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and guide them to their tables efficiently Manage restaurant reservations using our table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring optimal seating arrangements Answer phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, providing accurate information about wait times and reservation availability Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to maintain smooth table turnover and guest flow Maintain organized waiting lists and monitor guest wait times to enhance guest satisfaction Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and provide exceptional guest relations throughout their visit Uphold food safety standards and ensure a clean, welcoming environment at all times Skills Proven experience as a Host or in a similar customer service role within a restaurant or food service setting Strong knowledge of restaurant reservation management and table management systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on friendly phone communication and guest interactions Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and organization skills Basic math skills for managing reservations, seating calculations, and POS transactions Familiarity with food safety protocols and hospitality best practices Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding guest services and foster positive guest relations Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering exceptional hospitality!
