When you ask their name, show interest in their wedding plans, and welcome their party with comfort and care, you set up every appointment for success.

You make the experience complete:

Greet customers in a timely manner and ensure all customers are taken care of. Answer phones and reply to customer questions. Offer every customer and their guests a warm welcome by checking them in and offering drinks and treats to every group. Support Bridal Stylists by entering note sheets and tracking gowns tried on during appointments. Maintain a clean and inviting environment by keeping fitting rooms/suites clean of gowns and accessories. Daily housekeeping and general upkeep of the store.
