FRONT DESK STAFF POSITION

Do you enjoy creating a positive atmosphere for members and staying busy in a dynamic environment? Join our team at Sonora Sports and Fitness Center as a Front Desk Staff member.

RESPONSIBILITIES

: Greet members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor. Check members in using our software system. Answer phone calls and utilize a multi-line phone system. Provide information about memberships, services, and class schedules. Assist with new member sign-ups and help identify the memberships that best suit the members needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and gym floor during downtime. Handle point of sale transactions for merchandise, food & services. Support daily operations and communicate with gym staff and management. Demonstrates a strong ability to collaborate across teams, take initiative, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

REQUIREMENTS

: Friendly, outgoing and customer service oriented Excellent communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle member concerns professionally Basic computer skills; prior experience with gym or POS is a plus Previous front desk, retail, or hospitality experience preferred Must be reliable and punctual
