Responsibilities Welcome members and guests with genuine warmth Support daily operations with confidence and attention to detail Scheduling/Updating reservations for all club activities Answering phones Opening and closing of the Club Monitoring club facilities Enforcing club policies Help with training new front desk personnel Inventory management and ordering of office supplies Skills/Qualifications Proficient with computers as well as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
