Job Description

Part-Time Assistant Manager Position Join Our Tennis Club Team! We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Assistant Manager for our front deskat our busy tennis club.

Responsibilities Include:

Welcoming members and players with a positive attitude Answering phones and assisting with inquiries Scheduling tennis lessons and court reservations Processing payments and handling front desk transactions Providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

20-25 hours Afternoon & evening shifts Weekend availability required

Ideal Candidate:

Friendly and professional demeanor Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Prior customer service experience preferred If you enjoy working with people and being part of an energetic tennis community, we'd love to hear from you!
