What You'll Do Greet and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude Handle register transactions quickly and accurately, and settle your drawer Verify ID for all age-restricted sales (alcohol, tobacco, and lottery) Stock, face, and rotate merchandise, coolers, and shelves Keep the store, restrooms, exterior, and fuel islands clean, safe, and welcoming Help guests at the fuel islands and keep pumps and windshield stations stocked Recommend products and promotions to enhance the guest experience Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly and hit store goals What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation Education and Experience Previous retail, convenience store, or customer service experience (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors at the fuel islands Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Why Join Burt's?
