What is the role of a Front Desk Associate? Front Desk Associate responsibilities include greeting guests as they arrive. If you have previous hospitality experience and are familiar with hotel procedures, like reserving rooms, and check-in/check-out processes, we'd like to meet you. Our ideal candidates have a flair for communication, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibilities Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival Monitor daily reservations and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in Check-in and check-out guests, including reservations and financial transactions Inform Guests of our hotel services Promote all hotel amenities and conveniences Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight-see Establish friendly relationships with regular hotel Guests Skills Experience in Guest Services helpful Basic computer skills Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills Ability to multitasking skills Ability to work flexible hours Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation 3rd Shift/Night Auditor

Completes all above task as well as the end of day night audit totaling all sales from the Front Office and Marina
Print sign in sheets for next day and make keys for guests to come in
Help any in house guests with issues they may have overnight
Clean Front Office for next day to ensure cleanliness and presentable for guests
Security of property
Update staff logs for next day
