This is more than a front desk position. As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you'll help create the atmosphere, organization, and hospitality that make La Bella Spa unique. What You'll Do Guest Experience Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism. Create exceptional first and last impressions. Escort guests to lounges, treatment rooms, and wellness experience areas. Ensure every guest feels comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. Scheduling & Guest Services Schedule and coordinate appointments. Answer phones and assist guests professionally. Process payments accurately. Maintain confidential guest records. Help keep the day running smoothly. Retail & Wellness Guidance Recommend products and home care based on provider recommendations. Educate guests about memberships, treatments, and wellness experiences. Maintain beautiful retail displays. Participate in retail commission opportunities. Organization & Operations Keep the front desk, retail displays, shelving, treatment preparation areas, supply closets, and guest spaces clean, organized, and fully stocked. Assist with inventory, merchandising, guest follow-up calls, and special projects. Remain productive during slower periods by anticipating what needs attention rather than waiting for direction. Preferred Experience Experience in luxury hospitality, medical spa, day spa, boutique retail, hotel concierge, medical office, salon reception, or other guest-service environments is preferred but not required. Pay:

$19.30 - $19.90 per hour
