Casa Ybel Resort is currently seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Clerk to join our team. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Job Responsibilities:

Welcome guests to our resort and provide them with information about Sanibel Island and all it has to offerCheck guests in and out, process payments, and answer any questions they may haveAnswer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional mannerAssist guests with booking activities, dining reservations, and other requestsMaintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectivelyKnowledge of Sanibel Island and the surrounding areaPositive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our guests If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and love Sanibel Island as much as we do, we want to hear from you!
