The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to handle various guest inquiries and requests efficiently. •Opera Cloud PMS System Knowledge + •Hotel Front Desk Experience Required Duties Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to assist guests effectively. Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing phone etiquette and systems to assist guests. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Skills Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality management is required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with F&B department is a preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using phone systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for hospitality and creating positive experiences for guests.
