10pm-6amJob Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills.
Duties:
- Greet guests and provide them with exceptional customer service throughout their stay
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist with reservations and manage room assignments
- Operate the phone system and respond to calls in a professional manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Night Audit
Required Skills:
- Customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to improvise and use common sense in difficult or uncommon situations.
- Ability to obtain Illinois Basset Certification.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency
- Knowledge of phone systems
- Knowledge of hotel procedures and hospitality environments.
