We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Front Desk Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping ensure each order is handled with care and accuracy. Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Check garments in for cleaning and assist customers with pickups Tag and process clothing orders accurately Operate the point-of-sale (POS) computer system Answer customer questions regarding services, pricing, and order status Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer inquiries Process cash and credit card transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter Work closely with the production team to ensure excellent customer service Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional attitude Comfortable using computers and learning new software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service, retail, or front desk experience is preferred but not required Why Join Lake City Cleaners?
