Job Overview We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. This position is primarily an evening shift, working 3:00 PM-11:00 PM , with a few 7:00 AM-3:00 PM shifts as needed. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing excellent guest service, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering guest questions, managing reservations, and helping ensure a smooth and welcoming hotel experience. Duties Welcome guests and provide professional, friendly customer service. Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently. Handle reservations, cancellations, payments, and guest requests. Answer phones and respond to guest questions in person and by telephone. Resolve guest concerns professionally and involve management when necessary. Maintain accurate records and complete required front-desk paperwork. Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other hotel departments. Monitor the front desk and hotel lobby during assigned shifts. Follow hotel policies and procedures for safety, security, and guest service. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-desk area. Skills Previous hotel, hospitality, customer service, or front-desk experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, friendly, and dependable attitude. Ability to remain calm and helpful when handling guest concerns. Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel reservation systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be available primarily for 3:00 PM-11:00 PM shifts , with occasional 7:00 AM-3:00 PM shifts .
