Front Desk Agent — Comfort Inn & Suites Comfort Inn & Suites 3000 W Main Street Independence, KS 67301 We are hiring a Front Desk Agent to join our team! We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-service-oriented individual who enjoys helping guests and creating a welcoming hotel experience. Requirements Must be available to work 3:00 PM-11:00 PM Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude Dependable and punctual Able to work independently and as part of a team Previous hotel or front desk experience is a plus, but not required Responsibilities Welcome and assist hotel guests Check guests in and out Answer phones and respond to guest questions Handle reservations and basic front-desk duties Address guest needs in a professional and courteous manner Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-desk area How to Apply Please visit Tonya at the hotel to schedule your interview.
