Job Description

The Altenhofen Inn & Suites in Seneca, Kansas, has a Part-Time Evening Front Desk position available. We are looking for someone to work two evening shifts per week, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, preferably on Wednesday and Thursday. We do have some flexibility on shifts and are willing to discuss possibilities. Experience in customer service, working independently and as part of a team, and proficiency with computers are preferred. Some of the evening Front Desk job duties include: Answering the phone to assist with reservations and sharing hotel information. Interacting with guests at check-in and assisting walk-in guests. Doing all laundry duties and performing general cleaning duties. If you are tech-savvy, can pay close attention to details, enjoy meeting new people, and don't mind doing laundry and some cleaning, this would be an excellent job for you. Starting pay will depend on experience and skills. Management will contact qualified applicants to set up interviews starting on Monday, July 27th, 2026.
