Previous hotel front desk experience preferred. Pep experience is a plus but not necessary. Flexible to work days, nights, weekends and holidays-- a must! Passionate about excellent customer service with thorough follow up and attention to details. Effective English communication skills. Able to stand for extended periods of time with ability to lift/pull up to 20 pounds. Self-managing, responsible, reliable individual knowledgeable on hotel departments and functions and can proactively work across departments. Self starter, critical thinking and problem solving is a must.
