Job Description

Job Title:
Guest Services & Event Specialist Job Overview We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, and highly versatile Guest Services Specialist for our full-time resort position. You will act as friendly face of our resort, providing a warm welcome and seamless hospitality throughout our guests' stay. Your role blends traditional guest relations, event production, and dining support to create unforgettable experiences.
Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour (dependent upon experience)

Key Responsibilities Arrival & Departure Support:
Greet guests warmly, provide proactive luggage assistance during check-in/check-out, and guide them smoothly to their rooms.
Resort Orientation:
Conduct engaging, professional property tours to highlight resort amenities, history, activities, and dining options.
Event Set-Up & Breakdown:
Assist in transforming event spaces by handling the physical set-up and breakdown of tables, chairs, AV equipment, and decor for group meetings and conferences.
Dining Room Service:
Assist the food and beverage team with hosting, taking orders, serving meals, clearing tables, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
Stocking & Inventory:
Daily tracking and restocking of complimentary snacks, beverages, and hospitality supplies in common areas and guest lounges.
Common Area Upkeep:
Frequently inspect and tidy the lobby, lounges, and event spaces to maintain a pristine, clutter-free environment.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, event execution, or restaurant service is highly preferred.
Dynamic Personality:
Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to connect, chat, and make guests feel genuinely valued.
Physical Strength & Stamina:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (for luggage and event furniture), push heavy carts, and spend long hours moving across the property.
Multi-Tasking Pro:
Strong organizational skills to fluidly shift from event setups to dining service without losing focus.
Professional Grooming:
Maintaining a clean, polished appearance in accordance with resort uniform guidelines.
Schedule Flexibility:
Open availability to work dynamic shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays according to event schedules.
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
