Job description Customer Service Front Desk and Behind the Scenes. Minimum one year front desk support required for this job. We start at $20 an hour and then bonuses are made when exceeding expectations. Duties include reception and office work for about 35 hours each week. See below for a list of specific duties.

The hours are approximately:

12:30-1:30pm to 7-8pm 5 days a week. Expanded hours and growth opportunities are available in the future. Pay is $20/hour with possible bonuses. We need someone with GREAT people skills--this is a customer service position first and foremost. Applicants must be conscientious and very detail oriented . Please also be very organized . Technology skills are also required as we use electronic records, online scheduling for our patients, as well as: email, text, and phone. This is a detailed, self starter position. You see things that need to be done and do them without being asked. We need you to be kindly assertive when necessary.

Duties for this position include:

• Warmly greeting, checking in patients and escorting them to treatment rooms
• Appling your excellent customer service skills while: answering the phone and texts, providing general information on acupuncture, massage and our practice, and checking and responding to emails and text messages in a timely manner
• Using our software program to schedule and reschedule patients while following our scheduling protocols.
• Assisting with superbills/itemized receipts for patients
• Light cleaning of treatment rooms between patients and also laundry .
• Assisting with ordering and stocking.
