Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately. Run Nightly Audit reports (simple and easy task) Handle guests inquiry, requests and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring guests satisfaction. Process reservations and manage room assignments using hotel management property system. Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guests experiences. Must be able to work graveyard shift. Qualifications Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees and guests. Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments, as well as be ON TIME. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers and make it right! Good communication skills with customers Ability to lift up to 40lbs if needed Flexible with schedule able to work 2nd shift (3p-11p) and third shift (11p-7a) We are looking forward to hearing from you!
