Job Description

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Assist with night audit duties as needed Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
