About The Oceanana Motel Founded in 1959, the Oceanana Motel is a family-owned business that takes pride in providing a welcoming, comfortable environment for our guests. We believe that our success is built on our team, and we are looking for a friendly, professional Guest Services Agent to join our family atmosphere. The Role As a Guest Services Agent, you are the face of the Oceanana Motel. You are the first person our guests meet, and you play a critical role in setting the tone for their stay. From managing check-ins and reservations to providing local recommendations and addressing guest inquiries, your warmth and efficiency will ensure every visitor feels right at home. You will be instrumental in maintaining the high level of hospitality that our guests have come to expect.

What We're Looking For Welcoming Personality:

You are naturally friendly, approachable, and enjoy interacting with guests to make their stay special.

Communication Skills:

You can clearly provide information and resolve guest concerns with patience and care.

Reliability:

You are dependable and understand the importance of being on time and ready for your shift.

Tech Comfort:

You are comfortable using a computer and learning our reservation/POS systems. We use CloudBeds.

Team Player:

You thrive in a supportive, family-like environment and enjoy working closely with others to ensure smooth daily operations.

Experience:
