The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
• Handle reservations and cancellations efficiently
• Manage phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate department
• Process payments and maintain guest accounts
• Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable
• Address guest concerns and escalate issues as needed Requirements
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
