Duties Greet customers and visitors warmly, establishing a positive first impression Handle retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems with precision and speed Maintain store merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Assist with inventory management through stocking, merchandising, and inventory checks Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support supervising staff in daily operations and customer service initiatives Maintaining a clean an organized work environment Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales is preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math is highly desirable Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are advantageous Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash transactions and inventory counts Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail sales transactions is beneficial Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed Health and TAM card is required for this position This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their retail expertise while delivering outstanding service.
