We are looking for a warm, organized, and proactive individual to join our Front Desk Team. As one of the first faces our guests encounter, you'll play an integral role in creating the thoughtful, welcoming experience that defines Alchemy. Key Responsibilities Guest Relations Greet and welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Create an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure. Provide information about our classes, services, memberships, and wellness offerings. Assist guests with check-in, check-out, account management, and purchases. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly, thoughtfully, and professionally. Help cultivate a welcoming community by building meaningful relationships with guests. Booking & Scheduling Manage reservations for classes, treatments, and wellness experiences using our booking software. Book, modify, and confirm appointments while maintaining an organized and efficient daily schedule. Maintain an organized schedule that maximizes studio and treatment room availability. Administrative Duties Operate the front desk, including answering phone calls and responding to emails. Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate guest records. Assist with retail sales and inventory management. Complete opening and closing procedures and support the day-to-day operations of the studio. Hospitality & Studio Maintenance Ensure the front desk, reception area, studio, treatment rooms, and shared spaces are clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the day. Restock towels, robes, retail products, and guest amenities as needed. Anticipate guest needs and attend to the small details that contribute to a calm, beautiful, and welcoming environment. Help maintain the peaceful atmosphere and high standards that define the Alchemy experience. Team Collaboration Work collaboratively with instructors, practitioners, and management to support daily operations. Assist with workshops, community events, and other special programming as needed. Contribute to a positive team culture and provide support wherever needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality, wellness, or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in a wellness, fitness, spa, boutique hospitality, retail, or customer service environment is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable learning new technology and booking software. Proactive, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
