Guest Service Agent (Front Desk) Byrncliff Golf Resort & Banquets Varysburg, NY Byrncliff Golf Resort is seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Guest Services team. As a Guest Service Agent , you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming and memorable experience from arrival to departure. This position offers a variety of responsibilities and the opportunity to develop skills across multiple departments. What You'll Do Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude Check guests in and out of the hotel Answer phones and assist guests with questions and requests Make, modify, and confirm hotel reservations using our Property Management System Schedule dining reservations and provide concierge assistance Process reservations, payments, and other computer-based transactions Operate the multi-line phone system and general office equipment Perform data entry and other administrative tasks Provide support to the Golf Shop, Ski Shop, and other departments as needed Help ensure every guest receives outstanding customer service What We're Looking For A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Previous office, hospitality, front desk, or customer service experience is preferred Schedule This position requires a flexible schedule. Applicants must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. Job Type Part-time Pay $16.00-$18.00 per hour , based on experience.
