Job Description

Great friendly atmosphere and great schedule! Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7:45 am - 6:00 pm. Looking for a highly energetic individual to help us serve our patients. Our front desk staff acts as the primary point of contact, providing administrative support and exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and scheduling appointments. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean reception area, handling mail, and performing clerical tasks like filing or data entry. Key skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, and professional demeanor.
