GM > Assistant General Manager Job Summary We are currently hiring for a part time overnight guest services associate (11 PM
  • 7 AM), with a focus on guest services and laundry duties.
There is potential for additional non-overnight shifts during peak season. This role also includes light barista/ bar duties. Join the team at Bowline Hotel where hospitality meets purpose! We're looking for someone who is passionate about people, delivers excellent customer service, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every shift. Duties + Responsibilities Greet and check guests in and out Communicate hotel policies, amenities, and special packages Answer phones and assist with online, phone, and walk-in reservations Monitor and respond to guests though Akia Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and care Assist with resolving guest complaints and issues and find improvement areas to the guest experience. Process payments for hotel rooms, restaurant orders, and retail Laundry as needed Sweep/mop lobby and restaurant Other duties as assigned by the General Manager Permission to Play Values These values represent the essential, non-negotiable behavioral standards required for every member of our team: Kindness

Qualifications Food Handler's Permit first day OLCC Permit first day Hotel or customer service experience preferred Must be extremely reliable Weekend availability is required Responsible and detail-oriented Good communication skills Flexible and adaptable to changes Patience and problem-solving skills are necessary to effectively do this job Valid driver's license Background Check Required Expected hours: 15
