Your flexibility will greatly enhance our team's effectiveness and success! Shifts will be in between the hours of 7AM-11PM Position Overview As a Front Desk Agent, you will create memorable experiences for guests from their arrival to their departure. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations while embodying the high service standards of IHG and Holiday Inn. Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude Complete check-in, check-out, and reservation processes accurately Answer guest inquiries and provide local and hotel information Manage phone lines and assist with requests promptly Process payments and maintain accurate records Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to support guest satisfaction Uphold Holiday Inn and IHG brand service expectations and guest experience standards

What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service and communication skills Positive, dependable, and team-oriented personality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills; hotel PMS experience a plus Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred—training provided for the right candidate

Pay:
