Job Description

Looking to hire a bilingual experienced Front Office Representative for an Orthopedic Surgeon's Office in Sunnyvale/Kaufman/Ennis.

Job duties:

(Main task) Answering HIGH call volume of calls, triaging calls as call center representative and dispersing calls as needed to Team. (Secondary task) Referral Coordination; scheduling appointments as needed from incoming calls and incoming referrals via fax/patient calls/ leading reach platform. (Third task) Check in/out as needed, collection of otc payments. MUST be a Team Player & have a heart for excellent patient care. Travel between all 3 locations will be required. Eclinical works EMR Preferred.
