In this energetic role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, responsible for delivering exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and driving sales through effective client communication. Responsibilities Perform sales lead generation and outbound calls to prospects for group sales Scout all regional projects and do site visits to sell group bookings. Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Promote hotel amenities, services, and special packages to maximize sales opportunities. Help as needed with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly. Address guest concerns or issues proactively, following hotel emergency procedures when necessary to ensure safety and satisfaction. Maintain comprehensive records of guest interactions, bookings, and transactions for reporting purposes. Support night audit processes as needed to reconcile daily financial activities. Foster positive guest relations by providing personalized service that exceeds expectations in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting. Proficiency with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS). Strong knowledge of hotel management procedures, including guest services, night audit, and emergency protocols. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette. Ability to handle challenging situations with problem-solving skills and maintain composure under pressure. Experience working with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest well-being. Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including guest relations, front desk operations, and resort experience preferred.
