Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out procedures, and handle guest inquiries efficiently. Manage reservations using hospitality reservation systems such as Hotel Key or similar property management systems (PMS). Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience. Handle phone communication professionally, including booking requests, inquiries, and guest concerns, adhering to proper phone etiquette. Address guest issues promptly by applying customer service problem-solving skills and escalating concerns when necessary. Maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and special requests while ensuring data confidentiality. Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety protocols are upheld at all times. Support night audit processes by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially Hotel Key or similar platforms. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations tactfully and professionally. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail in client interactions. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
