Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, 7 am to 3 pm. 40 hrs pay period every two weeks. Where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude Manage reservations efficiently through hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Operate multi-line phone systems, answer incoming calls promptly, and communicate clearly using proper phone etiquette Support guest relations by resolving issues swiftly through customer service problem-solving skills Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety during incidents or emergencies Some Laundry duites Requirements Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone communication and multi-line phone system operatio Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and everyother Hoilday Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
