Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay.

Duties:

Greet guests with a friendly smile and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Handle guest inquiries, provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options Process reservations, cancellations, and payment transactions accurately Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Skills:

Previous customer service experience preferred Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient in using front desk software systems and phone systems Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Ability to work independently as well as part of a team If you are passionate about providing outstanding customer service in the hospitality industry, we would love to hear from you.
