This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all aspects of hotel management, from guest relations and team supervision to financial oversight and operational excellence. Duties Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Supervise and motivate hospitality teams, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance. Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring all guests receive outstanding service aligned with hotel standards. Implement and monitor hotel guest service standards to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to optimize booking processes and room allocations. Oversee budgeting, financial management, and revenue management strategies to maximize profitability while controlling operational costs. Coordinate human resources activities such as staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and compliance with employment laws. Maintain effective communication across departments using multi-line phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette is upheld at all times. Monitor hotel safety protocols and ensure adherence to health regulations to provide a secure environment for guests and staff. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data, guest feedback, and industry trends to elevate service quality. Experience Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry, preferably Hilton and PEP experience. Strong background in overseeing daily hotel operations with demonstrated leadership in managing hospitality teams. Extensive knowledge of hotel management principles, including revenue management, budgeting, and financial operations. Experience working with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and property management software (PMS). Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations. Previous experience managing hospitality operations budgets and human resources functions. Familiarity with resort environments or large-scale hotels is advantageous for understanding complex operational needs. Schedule- This a full time position working mid shifts.
