The ideal candidate will have previous hotel experience, supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a team in a professional environment. This is a morning/day shift position with a consistent schedule. Candidates must be reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently while managing day-to-day responsibilities during the AM shift. Responsibilities Supervise and support employees during the morning/day shift Monitor daily operations and ensure assigned duties are completed Address employee and operational concerns as they arise Maintain professional communication with employees, management, and hotel staff Ensure company and site policies are followed Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and professional environment Complete required reports and shift documentation Communicate important issues to management Provide leadership and support to the team throughout the shift Requirements At least 2 years of hotel experience At least 1 year of supervisory experience Previous experience leading or managing a team Strong verbal communication skills Must be able to communicate effectively in English Reliable attendance and punctuality Professional appearance and conduct Must be willing and able to work the 7:30 AM-3:30 PM shift Black suit required; employee must provide their own Must be available to work the required schedule consistently
