A growing hospitality management company is seeking an experienced, results-driven Hotel General Manager to lead a limited-service hotel in the Concord CA area. This is a confidential leadership opportunity for a hands-on hotel professional with a strong background in operations, team development, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. The General Manager will have overall responsibility for property performance while ensuring brand standards, operational efficiency, and a positive experience for both guests and team members. The ideal candidate is an engaged leader who understands limited-service hotel operations, takes ownership of results, and is comfortable balancing guest service, labor management, revenue performance, and day-to-day property needs. Key Responsibilities Lead all daily hotel operations, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other applicable departments Drive overall property performance with a focus on revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency Manage property financials, including budgeting, forecasting, expense control, purchasing, and P&L performance Monitor labor and payroll costs and maintain staffing levels consistent with business needs and established budgets Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing hotel team Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, recognition, and corrective action when appropriate Develop schedules that provide appropriate operational coverage while maintaining labor efficiency Maintain compliance with brand standards, company policies, safety requirements, and applicable regulations Conduct regular property inspections to maintain cleanliness, quality, safety, guest satisfaction, and asset protection Monitor guest feedback and implement action plans to address service opportunities Partner with revenue management and leadership to support occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and profitability goals Lead regular team meetings and effectively communicate property goals, priorities, and performance expectations Maintain accurate operational and financial reporting to support effective decision-making Build positive relationships with guests, team members, vendors, and the local community Qualifications Previous hotel management experience required , preferably as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or senior operations leader Limited-service or select-service hotel experience strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to lead hotel operations and develop effective teams Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and expense control Working knowledge of hotel performance metrics, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, labor costs, and guest satisfaction Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing operational needs Hands-on leadership style with a strong sense of accountability and ownership Proficiency with hotel property-management systems and Microsoft Office College degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent hotel leadership experience will be considered Valid driver's license required Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus incentive opportunity Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off This is a confidential search.
