We are seeking a high energy professional with a positive attitude who is flexible to support operations 7 days a week as needed during the peak season. Must possess 5 years' experience in the following areas: Excellent communication and customer service engagement skills willing to greet customers in operations directing traffic on weekends. Ability to customize seasonal menus. Ability to lead through example. Ability to cost out special events food and labor to meet desired targets. Ability to oversee large budget and support Large Catering Events in a public park setting. Ability to understand flex scheduling.
