We are looking for a Full Time Apartment Maintenance Manager for a 134 unit Homeless community (former hotel conversion to permanent housing) in Milpitas. We are looking for applicants with the following skills: Apartment Maintenance Experience Experience Turning Vacant Units Appliance Repair Experience Plumbing and Electrical repair experience Ability to Work as a Team and Meet Deadlines Ability to Follow Company Policies and Procedures Ability to Communicate Problems and Offer Solutions Ability to set priorities and complete assigned tasks Ability to be Empathetic and Understanding with Residents Experience with 3rd party

Agency Inspections:

Housing Authority (SHRA), etc.

Daily Duties & Responsibilities Include:

Completing Work Orders Efficiently Maintaining the Property Curb Appeal Turning Vacant Units per procedure Appliance, Electrical and Plumbing Repairs Drywall & Painting Repairs Conducting Unit Inspections Working as a Team with the Rental Manager Preparing and Completing Property & Unit Inspections Offering Excellent Customer Service Follow all company policies & procedures, fair housing laws, etc. Respond to After-Hours maintenance emergencies Other duties assigned by the

Supervisor Compensation Details:

Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday

• Friday 8:00 AM
• 5:00 PM Pay Range = $30
• $33 per hour
• based on experience Health Benefits with a minimal employee contribution Paid Personal Time Off including Sick Time
