Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a friendly and courteous manner
Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
Handle order entry and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence for accuracy and clarity
Coordinate projects and events, including planning, logistics, and execution
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
Gift Certificates
Group Management Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
Previous experience in a dental receptionist or medical office role is preferred
Ability to provide exceptional customer support and handle inquiries or complaints professionally
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and proofreading
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs This position offers competitive compensation based on experience.
