Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by skillfully managing teams and partnering with the General Manager to keep everything running smoothly.

Talent Scout & Coach:

Play a key role in recruiting, hiring, and training Guest Services staff, and help all team members—from managers to hourly employees—grow through exciting development programs and ongoing training.

Listen actively, understand concerns, and keep the lines of communication crystal clear with both colleagues and guests.

Numbers Ninja:

Confidently work with financial info and data, using your math superpowers to support our hotel's operations.

Tech Trailblazer:

Make Windows Operating Systems your best friend for smooth management and insightful reporting.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

At least five years of progressive hotel experience (Rooms or Food & Beverage), or a four-year degree with 2-3 years, or a two-year degree with 3-4 years of related experience. Supervisory background required. Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure. Must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
