Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Resident Manager to lead the daily operations of our hospitality property. Responsibilities Oversee the entire hotel operation, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance department. Supervise and motivate hospitality teams, promoting a positive work environment and high performance standards. Manage hospitality operations budgets, monitor financial performance, and optimize revenue management strategies to meet financial targets. Implement and uphold hotel guest service standards to deliver memorable guest experiences that encourage repeat business. Ensure timely and appropriate collections of rent due. Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to streamline booking processes and improve operational efficiency. Coordinate human resources activities such as staffing, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while ensuring all hotel facilities meet quality standards. Foster strong guest relations through proactive communication, personalized service, and effective handling of guest inquiries or issues. Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in customer service delivery and operational procedures to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality operations with supervisory responsibilities. Motel 6 and or Extended stay experience will be given preference. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable. Extensive knowledge of hospitality management practices, including revenue management and financial operations. Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and property management software (PMS). Hotel Key experience is a plus. Demonstrated experience overseeing budgets, controlling costs, and managing hospitality operations finances. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations. Exceptional organizational skills is crucial in this role. Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for communicating effectively with diverse guests and staff members.
