Requirements:

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older due to hours of work Ability to work as part of a team

Job Summary:

The Guest Service Department Manager's responsibilities may include to make sure Crew and Managers consistently deliver customer service experience, that sales promotions are sell, that all service staff are trained in service procedures, and that the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for guest satisfaction.
